Hungerford Christmas Hampers

St Lawrence’s in Hungerford is delighted to be co-ordinating a Hungerford Christmas Hampers campaign again this year, inviting everyone in Hungerford to participate.

You might recall that last year St Lawrence’s congregation donated to our campaign to create 30 hampers, which were distributed to Hungerford residents nominated by the Hungerford Nursery School, the surgery and others to bring a bit of Christmas cheer, 12 treats (a spread of sweet and savoury Christmas foods) for the 12 days of Christmas. The response from those who received a hamper was amazing and we had some smashing “thank you” notes.

This year, we’ve raised our target to 100 hampers. And to collect enough to buy those, as well as distribute and nominate, we’re going to need all of Hungerford to join in.
