Primary Care Network (PCN)
About primary care networks
Berkshire West has 17 Primary Care Networks representing 43 GP practices across the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board.
PCNs are clusters of neighbouring GP practices, which have teamed up to provide their patients with a wider range of health and wellbeing services, specifically geared towards the needs of their local areas. Hungerford Surgery is part of the West Berkshire Rural Primary Care Network along with Lambourn Surgery and Kintbury & Woolton Hill Surgery.
