Did not attend figures

Most of our patients understand that it can sometimes be difficult to get a routine appointment with a GP or nurse. One reason for this is DNAs (did not attend).

A large number of patients fail to keep their appointment at this surgery every month. This often stops other patients from getting a much needed appointment. This is an awful waste of precious NHS time and money.

Recent figures:

Month Appointments missed Clinical hours lost
April 2025 130 29
March 2025 161 39
February 2025 158 39
January 2025 185 51
December 2024 125 42
November 2024 166 50

Please help us to help you, if you no longer need your appointment please let us know.

If you wish to cancel your appointment, please call the surgery as soon as possible on  so we can reallocate your appointment.
