Did not attend figures
Most of our patients understand that it can sometimes be difficult to get a routine appointment with a GP or nurse. One reason for this is DNAs (did not attend).
A large number of patients fail to keep their appointment at this surgery every month. This often stops other patients from getting a much needed appointment. This is an awful waste of precious NHS time and money.
Recent figures:
| Month | Appointments missed | Clinical hours lost |
|---|---|---|
| April 2025 | 130 | 29 |
| March 2025 | 161 | 39 |
| February 2025 | 158 | 39 |
| January 2025 | 185 | 51 |
| December 2024 | 125 | 42 |
| November 2024 | 166 | 50 |
Please help us to help you, if you no longer need your appointment please let us know.
